By using TracedMethod (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account, your data, and how your organization uses the Service. You must keep your login details secure.
You may not use the Service to break the law, harm others, send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us the rights we need to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process, and display your data). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share that content.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service or for data loss beyond our obligations in our privacy policy.
Our total liability to you for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
